Crow balance changes

How does everyone feel about the Crow changes in the latest nulls brawl? Reducing his poison duration to 3 seconds but buffing his initial damage to 420 makes him feel more like a burst assassin than a poke brawler. Losing some health hurts, but the faster reload speed is nice. Do you think this is a buff or a nerf overall?
